From the Horsetrader sales staff - December 16th, 2010 - Ingate Column

By the time we reach you with the next Horsetrader, we’ll be into a new year with fresh beginnings of what we sincerely hope will be a successful 2011 for all our readers. We take this opportunity to thank you for the confidence, trust and inspiration that you — our readers and advertisers — have given us in the past 12 months. The time has passed faster than a galloping horse.

If you are a trainer or you are a stallion owner, we have some specials to help promote your barn, boarding facilities or stallion that are the most affordable ever – and they really work, both in print and online. Plus…you receive FREE Horsetrader Dollars! That’s right! The California Horsetrader is giving free Horsetrader dollars along with their “Stallion Station” and “Trainer’s Directory” ad packages. Horsetrader Dollars can be applied toward Fototraders® and classified advertising ordered. Our Fototraders® include a color photograph and can be used to sell horses, trailers, tack and much more!

For stallion owners…the California Horsetrader has two affordable and effective advertising packages to promote your stallion’s 2011 campaign! We have a new 6-time and a revamped 12-time package with lots of value-added features like a free stallion station listing, a free banner ad on Horsetrader.com to drive traffic to your website, a free directory page, Horsetrader dollars and more.

Trainers…with your ad package, your Trainer’s Directory listing runs all 24 issues in the year and you get a feature in our Trainer’s Spotlight! Use your free Horsetrader dollars to sell horses for clients. Give us a call today and we’ll put you on the trail to a sale!

“Cavalia: A Magical Encounter Between Horse and Human” is a grand-scale spectacle created by one of the founders of Canada’s famed Cirque du Soleil, Normand Latourelle. The remarkable show returns to Los Angeles on Jan. 19 under the White Big Top in downtown Burbank at 777 N. Front Street. Cavalia first visited Los Angeles in 2004 when it played to sold-out houses. Constantly evolving, the current production is nearly double in size from the original and showcases new artists, new horses, and entirely new acts – including Sylvia Zerbini, who works with nine Arabian horses, unbridled, in a liberty act of breathtaking beauty. Tickets are on sale now – call (866) 999-8111 for more info and be sure to see the ad on page 7.

They are now taking 100 limited outside consignments for a $190 flat fee with no other charges. Well broke, reasonably priced trail horses would be welcomed in the sale – absolutely no thin, unsound or slaughter horses allowed.
