DEL MAR – Equidae will present four half-hour performances during the San Diego County Fair on June 22-23 with shows at 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. daily at the San Diego Arena behind the Del Mar Arena.

The Equidae Performance features two former employees of the Valitar Show which was shut down at the Del Mar Fairgrounds abruptly last November 2012 and left performers and horses stranded in what has been a protracted drama.

Supporter and fans will enjoy seeing this special Fair performance which is included in the price of the San Diego Fair admission. Free Fair tickets were given to attendees of the Valitar Benefit Show held on Dec. 8, which are good for any day of the Fair.

Trapeze artist Kimberly Souren and renowned vaulter Veronica Turner, along with their equine teammates, “Charley” a Belgian, “Koda” is a Paint/Draft and “Beau”, an Arabian, will be part of the show.
