POMONA — Equine Affaire, the premiere equestrian gathering in North America, will return to Fairplex and celebrate its 10th year in California on February 4-7, 2010. It’s not often that World and National Champion competitors from disciplines as diverse as cutting, dressage, reining, jumping, barrel racing, and driving as well as renowned trainers from other walks of horselife gather in one location to share their secrets. Even less often comes the chance to soak up all that learning for about what you’d spend on a movie ticket and a bucket of popcorn.

Just $16 gets you an all-access daily ticket to the 2010 edition of our country’s most successful and most enduring all-breed, all-discipline equine expo, Equine Affaire, which returns to Fairplex in Pomona, CA, Thursday-Sunday, February 4-7. Admission for kids age 7-12 is just $10, and tots aged 6 and under get in free.

Arrive early–doors open at 9:00 a.m.–because you’re going to want to plan your visit around Equine Affaire’s educational sessions.

The event’s unparalleled educational program will include nearly 150 clinics, seminars, and demonstrations by many of the foremost names in the horse industry including general trainers Craig Cameron, Ken McNabb, Richard Winters, Tommy Garland, and Stacy Westfall as well as discipline-specific trainers including Jan Ebeling (Dressage), Sharon Camarillo (Barrel Racing & Pole Bending), Barbra Schulte (Cutting), Stacy Westfall (Reining), Nick Karazissis (Hunters & Jumpers), Mark Shaffer (Western Pleasure), Larry Whitesell (Easy-Gaited Horses), Hardy Zantke (Driving), Daniel Stewart (Ride Right), Bonnie Davis (Trail Riding & Camping), and Scott Hansen (Trail).

More than 400 of the nation’s finest equine-related retailers and manufacturers will fill six exhibit halls at Fairplex and the outdoor areas in between creating the finest equine-related trade show in the West.

Clinician Craig Cameron, along with his Extreme Cowboy Race, will be one of the many equine experts presenting at Equine Affaire.
