Horsetown USA opens its doors for 45th Norco Horseweek

The tradition continues! The 45th Annual Norco Horseweek is just around the corner, scheduled for April 17-26 in “Horsetown USA”/ This 10-day extravaganza of everything horses is conducted by an all-volunteer, non-profit organization that is dedicated to celebrating and maintaining Norco’s horse-centered, rural lifestyle. Once again, the group has put together an amazing line-up of family-oriented events, with something fun and exciting for everyone, including the Extreme Ranch Rodeo, Horseweek Parade, lawnmower races, Challenged Children’s Rodeo, bull riding, the food truck festival, chili cook-off, obstacle course and so much more! The Nevada Quarter Horse Association will be hosting great events in 2015, including their slate of popular horse shows, an introductory AQHA show, a versatility ranch horse competition, trail trial events — and more! The NQHA “Spring Fling Circuit” will be held April 29-May 3 in Las Vegas, with all-around awards in eight divisions, all breed classes, as well as six judges over the five days. A Willing Way Horsemanship will proudly sponsor the Buck Brannaman Horsemanship Clinic scheduled for April 24-27 at the beautiful Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club in Carpentaria. Brannaman is a world-renowned natural horsemanship trainer who has a philosophy of working with horses that is based on the idea of working with the horse’s nature, using an understanding of how horses think.
